Welcome to my Pandemic Burnout Relief project! After losing all of my siblings to suicide, surviving an abusive marriage, going through two separate chemo experiences for a tough disease, and having a mandatory hysterectomy at 30 (literally three weeks before I met my second husband)— I have learned my share of coping skills. The most important thing I have learned through all of the trauma is how to pull myself up out of the ruins left behind and still be a strong, fierce, kind, empathetic human being who still believes in God and still loves life.
